[request] modding Rocket Punch behavior

Hello there, i was wondering if there a mod (or if someone already tried) to mod the rocket punch control, i think something like revert vertical axis (to control it like a "real" flying object) or add a cancel button (to permit to exit it withouth having to crash it or wait for gauge).
