Freeze on save ?

There's something I find quite weird with my game : saving usually takes 4-6 seconds.

 

Now, you might say that's a normal save time, and I'd agree with that. The thing is, although I've had 100+ mods since the start of my current game, I started it on my new PC, which is an absolute beast, and everything Skyrim is stored on the SSD (both game files and saves).

 

The one thing that really bugs me : I don't think it's the save itself that freezes the game.

For instance, when I press F5, I can usually see the "Quicksaving" notification for about one frame before the freeze.

 

Also, whenever I save, if I open the console I can the message "Saved successfully in 0.025000 seconds".

 

 

I haven't had much success researching this with Google, but I'd really like to know if this the usual behavior of the game, what causes this, and if/how it would be improved.
