Only pretty recently I've been getting this really bad stuttering every 4 or 5 minutes in game, I know it's something in-game and not my computer because for some reason the only way to stop the stuttering is open my pipboy after which the framerate goes back to 60. Has anyone dealt with anything like this before?

I do, and I honestly can't remember if I tried disabling mods or not, it's been a while since I last played because of this bug. No ENB's though

I would suspect a script, or texture..... given its frequency...... But, that's just a wag.....
