Help! Weird stacked script warning

Can anyone please help me understand what is going on here?

 

My Active Scripts appear to be stacking. All of them. And I have no idea why. I know Critter Spawns have always been an issue, and the first Active script on the list has called the others. I did try an improved critter spawn script but it had no effect.

 

In case there are too many scripted mods, I put together a version of my game with drastically reduced mods and I still had the problem.

 

In the full game script latency averages 69-83ms (Elephant test). Saves run smooth as glass. Yet every "active" script is listed as stacked.

I've a heavy game, but I've run far heavier ones than this.

 

But it only happens in exterior cells, and it is critters are kicking this off.

 

Do I worry? Or ignore it?
