Download Speed is very slow... Help needed

Hi. So i'm having this problem with download speeds and I can't figure out what's happening. Even with the internet speed cap set to 2MB/s I'm sure my internet connection would easily reach that, but it keeps maxing out at 50KB/s. With some smaller files it doesn't happen (under 20MB). I followed through the troubleshooting guide and the results are reported below, hope I didn't miss any information required. I'd like to thank the support in advance!

Country: Brazil

Internet Service Provider (ISP): Oi Velox optical fiber

Download tests:

  • Amsterdam: 5.7MB/s
  • Prague: 10.5MB/s
  • LA: 13.3MB/s
  • Chicago: 17.4MB/s
  • Miami: 22.5 KB/s

Hmm, it looks like you're connecting to Miami, which has the lowest speed from your tests. Every other server looks good though. You can choose your preferred download server if you're a Premium member.

I'll feed this back to the team and see if there's anything we can do as I've seen a few issues from users in Brazil getting bad speeds from the US-based servers (which makes very little sense as they're physically the closest to you).
