Having some really rather slow download speeds

Recently and in the past I've gotten speeds when downloading files that stick around 20-60kb/s despite my internets download rate of typically 2-5mb/s and the downloads will just occasionally fail. I'm unaware if it's a problem with my own ISP or with nexusmods but the requested information is below.

Country: Ireland
ISP: Magnet Networks Limited
Amsterdam: 30kb/s
Prague: 30kb/s
Los Angeles: 20kb/s
Chicago: 20kb/s
Miami: 10kb/s

Hey DaRealCuckoo,

Thanks for providing the information. As the speed is consistently bad across all our servers it's likely to be a problem somewhere between your PC and our server. This can sometimes be resolved by reporting it to the ISP.

If you have access to a VPN, another thing you could try is starting a download through that. If it's faster that way it's very likely to be some kind of routing problem.
