CTD when talking to Jarl Balgruuf

[Catakitsy]

Happens without fail, and only when talking to him during the main quest, talking to him before the quest was no problem. Doing anything else other than the main quest is also no problem.

You got a large load order and also numerous mods that might influence quests:

USSEP

Cutting Room Floor

RDO

Alternate Start

 

Maybe there's also some AI mod involved.

 

I'd start with testing by disabling/uninstalling the aforementioned mods to see if this changes anything.

 

BTW, did you sort your load order with LOOT? I'm asking because I'd always try to put Alternate Start as low as possible in my load order....

It was Alternate Start! I've played with this mod for so many playthroughs I never considered it to be a problem, thank you!
