Strange script issue

Hello!

 

I recently reinstalled the Steam version of Skyrim, after figuring out which one of the mods I was using was causing a CTD during the intro sequence in Helgen. Everything is working great now, with one exception:

 

When I first traveled to Dragon Falls Manor (a housing mod) using fast travel directly to the map marker, this strange popup was generated by the user interface, and pops up repeatedly every time a new cell loads. There is an OK at the bottom of the box which is clickable, and I usually have to click through at least 4 to get rid of them. Usually it starts with a few that just have a "0" (zero), sometimes "Cell Init," or the name of an NPC.

 

I suspect what is happening is that I've (or one of my mods has) triggered some kind of debugging. I tried disabling Dragonfallsmanor.esp in my load order, loading the game, re-saving it, and loding it up again, but the "Init" and other boxes keep appearing.

 

Any suggestions on what to look for?

Also, whenever I cast a spell or an enchanted item affects another actor, "effect registered" appears in the upper-right corner, with "effect removed" appearing when the timer on it runs out (or I stop casting).
