Hi all. I used to mod Fallout 4, but it's been years, and I'd like to run through the game again, but with just a couple of mods to make it look nicer. I used to use NMM but it seems it's no longer supported.

What I'm looking for is basically some very low level help, from installing a manager, updating the correct data files, finding the mods, and launching the game. That would be hugely appreciated, thank you.

NMM isn't 'officially' supported, but, is still being worked on, and supported by the community. I still use it, simply because it is what I am familiar with...

Don't think it matters where you install your manager, however, the folder that actually contains the mods you are installing, MUST be on the same drive as where the game is installed. Also, it is best NOT to install the game in any of the Program Files folders.... (where steam prefers to be installed, unfortunately.....)

NMM is being maintained on GitHUB.  Click the link in my sig to get the latest version.
