As i wrote before, you need to install OSA and OSEX or else OStim will never work. And you need to activate it in the Flower Girls MCM

If you only want OStim, you don't need Sexlab framework.

 

If you want Sexlab framework too, did you installed the framework ingame? You need to go to the MCM of sexlab and enable the mod. If you did, have you activated the animations?

Be aware if the animations are forced to your character, it will (in my experience) always be sexlab animations and not the Flower Girls or the Osex / OStim animation
