Odd lines when in low light areas.

Hello! i have been having these odd lines in the dark ever since i downloaded https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22056 RealLike ENB and was hoping that someone might have a solution to get rid of them, without uninstalling the ENB.

I have upgraded my shadow max and min resolution as well as my shadowbias to 1

i have downloaded two mods that fix shadow lines, but they were for less detailed shadows.
