I keep getting a runtime c++ memory error. I have the 4gb patch, didn't help, my drivers are up to date, nvac didn't help, new vegas studer remover dint help, I created a merge patch, uninstalled and reinstalled the c++2008 redistributable, and lowered the graphics settings, uninstall and reinstaling fallout New Vegas isn't an option, no way to reinstall it and I don't have internet until next week and I am broke so I cant buy it again. Wtf do I do now?

You need to really make note of exactly what error message is being reported when asking for help. Vague symptoms just waste time as we have to ask for clarification, especially if an internet search on the symptoms failed to produce a meaningful result.

More generally: You can have multiple versions (generally given as "years") of the C++ runtime distributable installed for use by different programs which are looking for specific version files. (Case in point: JIP LN NVSE as of Dec 2019 and the xNVSE 5.1.6 fork changed their requirement to the Visual C++ 2015-19 x86 Redistributable. Note Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 all share the same redistributable files.) Just install the requested version as normal. No need to uninstall older versions, which might break some other mods or games. Note also that there are both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of these "runtime libraries". The FNV game and mods require the 32-bit versions. I recommend you install both versions (they get placed in different locations) so you don't have to worry about which are being called for unless you are really short on free disk space.
