Lucky 38 Penthouse mod

I have never submitted a mod request before so here goes. I have been using the run the lucky 38 mod. Theres only 1 thing not complete about it though that another mod might fix. I would like the penthouse turned into a player home that has storage boxes for guns. I would like the guns box to labeled as project weapons since I usually put the guns that arnt fully modded on a table somewhere and stow the ones im not done finding mods for. Id also like a dresser for clothes labeled as such and an armor locker. Those would all be nice but arnt absolute must haves. What I really need out of this mod is for that big ugly computer that you talk to mr house on and the securetrons moved out of the penthouse. Yes man needs to go to that computer as well instead of going into the penthouse. A possible good location for this computer would be in the presidential suite that i never use. Another thing that would be cool with this is if the room where the door is to go to Mr House before you kill him there could be some work benches and containers with random ingredients in them for crafting. I don't know how to do everything needed to do this so I was wondering if someone could help me with it? Its seems like it should be relitively simple compared to some things ive seen people on here make but it would make the lucky 38 that much more useful to me.
