Mod Request: Low Oxygen Warnings in Hardcore Mode

I feel that the lack of low oxygen warnings in hardcore is a lazy way to add difficulty to the game. You still get vocal notifications for everything else, so it just seems unimmersive to remove them in this particular mode. There's no real challenge in having to constantly check your meter. It's mostly just an annoyance.
