I've done the Vaults of Gemin quest (https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Vaults_of_Gemin_(Quest)) and returned to the Conclave of Baal in Stormhold. However, when I click the priest, he just offers the usual Heal/Bless option, and there's no other dialogue and he doesn't take the tablet. I'm pretty sure he's the only priest in the building. Any ideas how I can progress from this point?
