Weird Stutter when switching from walk to run (Alt Key)

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well.

 

I am experiencing the following bug:

 

Whenever I switch from walking to running, aka I click on the alt button (walk/run), my entire game freezes for around 0.5 seconds and then resumes normally.

The game never really crashes, it's just a PERSISTENT stutter/freeze, which is rather very annoying.

 

I have heavily modded my game, following The Phoenix Flavour guide.

 

My game runs pretty smoothly at low-med settings, specs:

i7 4720hq

16gb ram

GTX 960M

512gb SSD

@1080p 54hz
