You could add in weapons like the Pure Nail with a one handed or two handed version, or the Pure Vessel's armor, or Ghost as tiny companion, or add in the spells from the game, or enemies. There's a lot you could bring into Skyrim and I don't think it'd be too much of a stretch adding them in somehow considering we already have a couple of underground societies and other dimensions.
