Downloads stuck at 0, even with premium membership.

My problem is that i can download any mod from nexus EXCEPT for the big ones. For example:

 

As seen here looksmenu, the smaller mod, downloads completely fine at an okay download speed, it finishes downloading completely fine.

on the other hand, 8k reaistic skin (almost 1 gig, all mods near or above 1 gig have this problem) eventually slows to 0 kb/s and starts already slow with 100 kb/s. these mods never finish and if i continually press resume in vortex or in chrome the archive ends up broken and wont install.

I also have premium membership so this is even more stressing. I've tried multiple different premium download locations and all of them have this issue. I could download 10 mods totaling 1 gig, but I cannot download one mod that is 1 gig itself, if a big texture mod is split into 3 downloads i can download it fine. This is also a recent problem, I've been happily using nexus for years and had premium multiple times with no issues until recently. I haven't changed anything about my own wifi either.

Additionally, nexus is the only website that has this problem, i can download anything else using mega, steam, etc.

same happens to me, I'm not premium but my speed never reaches 1 mb/s, 15, 20 kbps at most, it used to download pretty fine but it's impossible now, it stucks or even breaks.
