It's called: Spooky Jack-o-Lanternshttps://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/48861 The mod basically allowed one to "carve" a pumpkin and make Jack-o-Lanterns that could be equip as lanterns or placed any where one wishes as clutter to make a Halloween decoration in game. This mod could be useful as a start for the mod if anyone wishes to give this a try.
