HELP - FNV ENB AO lines on ground

Hello, I've had this issue for a while and have been losing my mind trying to fix it. I've narrowed it down to being some kind of ENB AO, mesh, issue. When I deactivate AO the lines disappear. I would really like to keep AO on because it makes the game look so much better. I tried switching between several ENB's and kept getting the same lines. Even tried New Vegas Reloaded's AO with no luck.

I had a similar issue when modding Skyrim SE but I was able to fix it with a simple .ini tweak that had to do with "shadow bias" or something, which doesn't seem to be a thing in Fallout's .ini

Please help!

It looks like it's shading the edges of the mesh, but I'm not positive. That's the best I can think of as I am learning. Could be that AO is detecting edges and applying transitional shadows to help 'dull' the sharpness of some edges is the wild idea coming to me.

The first screenshot looks to me as if the "navmesh" borders are showing. No idea why that would be the case. But as you were switching between several ENB "pre-sets": depending upon how you went about it, leftover shader setting conflicts might be the cause. Please see the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article.

Another possibility is under the "Lines in the Ground" entry of the "TESTG Troubleshooting" page.

This is actually normal. ENB's AO for NV isn't as good as the one for Skyrim. These lines become especially noticable when it's sunrise or sunset in the game, nothing that can be done about it, except not using AO in the first place.
