TechnicBlizzard Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 (edited) I have recently begun modding Fallout New Vegas, and for one of my mods I need to create a custom .dds file for a Pip Boy icon. I plan to use Gimp for this and I was wondering if there were any good tools/tutorials on doing this sort of thing. Thank you for any and all knowledge that can be granted.
