Dance of Death mod stops working

I have noticed that Dance of Death stops working even with kill chance set to 100%. The mod works fine until i use any animation mod which i have 2 of Duel Wield Parrying and dodge mod by borgut1337.
I know this  problem is touched a little on the Dance of Death mod page but i have FNIS (Fores New Idle in Skyrim) which is suppose to fix problems caused by animation mods.

i can only think that i may have installed FNIS wrong or that these 3 mods just don't work together or maybe my load order is messing it up. Any incite to this problem would be much appreciated.

Have you RUN the FNIS tool again after installing mods?
