Downloads Keep Stopping

Hello,

 

I am downloading Mods for Skyrim SE, and while downloading, the downloads just stop downloading (the speed graph line drops to zero KB/s) and I need to pause and resume to continue the download. It keeps happening about every 3 minutes of downloading, any tips on how to fix this?
