Using an ESO/Ultimate Immersion modlist - having some issues!

I installed all the mods into my MO2 exactly how I should. My friend and I have the same mods in the same load order and he has no issues with his game, but I am having massive issues with mine.

 

Basically, all the NPCs in whiterun are trying to exit via the underforge - obviously they can't because it's closed and not accessible. So what happens is they all just stand outside the underforge anf glitch tf out. It's also effecting my quest markers because they keep telling me to leave whiterun via the underforge.

 

This is super annoying and neither of us can figure out why it is happening.

Overall there are 160+ mods in the list and so troubleshooting is hard, especially since we're relatively new to modding - any help would be greatly appreciated :)
