Oblivion Reloaded: shadow-lighting glitches, very low FPS indoors because of shadows

Hello Everyone. So I'm managing my Oblivion Reloaded now - shadows are fine outside, FPS is great in cities and pretty good in the wilds, but in interiors FPS drops pretty much (because of the OR's shadowmode, disabling it helps right). Also, there is a lighting interior bug (on the screenshots), disabling the OR's shadowmode also removes it. This bug is appearing when you move slightly - at one place NPC looks normal, at other it goes dark, at another - even darker. I think you've met it in some other games, pretty common lighting glitch.

As you can see, that guy's armor turned black when I moved backwards. Eyes of NPCs indoors also constantly turn from normal to dark.

I even reduced shadow's settings twice, so the shadowmode settings now are:

ShadowMapRadius=2750
ShadowMapZRange=4150

I've also disabled AO and POM with hope that it will increase my FPS. It didn't. Only disabling shadows help.

What could I do to remove it?

Is very low FPS indoors is normal for Oblivion Reloaded? What settings could I change to raise the FPS indoors?. Thank you!
