Hello,

I'm realitively new to the creation kit, so far I've only used it to create a new race. I am wondering if there is a way to transfer data files from oblivion to skyrim. More specifically, I am trying to take the statue of akatosh from the imperial library and bring it into skyrim. Is this possible? And if so, how? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Oblivion esp format is so incredibly obsolete compared to the Skyrim esp format.  It was even so with Fallout.  They can't be transferred.

You mean the NIFs? They can be converted to Skyrim format, but Bethesda has said that they don't want people to do this. Since they own the files you'd need their permission to redistribute them.

Of course, if you or someone with competent 3D modelling skills were to create a new mesh based on the original, then that technically wouldn't be their property. Just a thought. :D
