The perk is broken and does not reduce the alcoholic strength of spirits (neither the drink called "Spirits" or "Moonshine" or any other alcoholic beverage). And if nobody did it yet, how would I go about fixing it myself? Does anyone know which file governs perk effects? Thanks in advance.
