SkyrimJustice Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 Help Please: Long ago I tried making some followers and got the Grey-Face (Aka Discolored Face) bug. I think I deleted all the Follower Mod files, however almost all the NPCs (Vanilla NPC's) have grey-faces still. I tried opening up the skyrim.esm and selecting all the actors (vanilla) and ctrl+f4 them to fix every NPC with a greyface. It didn't work completely. Now its a mix of grey and non-grey. How do I fix it? I don't see any traces from my mod experience! And this is more than 1 city/town! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
