Hi, so I've recently encountered a bug outside of Blue Palace, near the yard, where my character and NPCs fall under the map. I've tried restarting the game many times, running LOOT a couple of times and I still couldn't figure out the cause of the problem. I will include a video to show what really happened.

 

My specs : 

Intel i5-9300H 2.4Ghz (Up to 4Ghz)

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 4GB Notebook

12GB of RAM

128GB of SSD (40GB free space)

1TB of HDD (140GB free space)

 

Skyrim is installed at D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim

I am running the latest version of Skyrim with all 4 DLCs (Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Hearthfire, HD Textures)

I am using the latest version of SKSE and Vortex as my mod manager.

I am also using the latest version of LOOT to sort my mods.
