Universal AI Package

I couldn't find an universal Minuteman NPC, so I created my own based on LvlMinutemanMale. Then I deleted his AI package, which is absolutely useless for me (DefaultWanderEditorLocationWeaponOut) and tried to add him some more default packages (DefaultMasterPackage, DefaultCombatMasterPackage, DefaultPatrolLinkedRef, DefaultSandboxExteriorEditorLocation), but it seems that he uses only one of these. So I tried to add him a package that perfectly works for BoS Soldiers only to find out this doesn't work for Minutemen at all. BoS Soldiers are able to perfectly do things I want from Minutemen:

1. patrol using Idle Markers

2. patrol using Idle Markers with drawn weapon

3. use various Idle Markers that are near them (smoking, sleeping, leaning, sitting, eating noodles, warming hands...)

Can someone, please, tell me what I'm missing that is so hard to make Minutemen do things that BoS Soldiers are able to do with no problems?

Just for clarification: By perfect I mean that I don't have to do anything special - I just drag the markers, NPCs, link them, and everything's fine.

Currently I used only these NPCs:

LvlBoSSoldier_CombatArmor_Auto

LvlBoSSoldier_CombatArmor_Missile

LvlBoSSoldier_CombatArmor_Semi

LvlBoSSoldier_PowerArmor_Auto

LvlBoSSoldier_PowerArmor_BigGun_Aggro1536

The last 2 doesn't want to use smoking or eating markers, but I suppose it's pretty logical...

That universality I'm always talking about is probably achieved by Package Lists (DefaultMasterPackageList and DefaultCombatMasterPackageList), as you can see in this picture:

The problem is that for my Minuteman everything is grayed, so I can't select anything:

I tried to reenable it via Templates menu, but it doesn't work for some reason.

I'm really stupid. I just noticed that there is "Use Def Pack List" beneath "Use AI Packages". This is what actually handles the Package List menus in the "AI Packages" tab.

I set it to exactly as those BoS Soldiers have it, and now everything works like a charm!

Thanks for help, guys!
