im new in fallout 4 modding i know how to use the MO2 from skyrim but my problem is when i use Fusion Girl or CBBE with a body preset i build it in Bodyslidestudio but when i make a new game she always wear the vanilla underwear

It means you have not built that underwear for that body in bodyslide.
