Did you ENABLE and DEPLOY the Mods after you installed them?

Sorry for taking so long to answer, yes I did. My mod stagin folder is (D:\Vortex Mods\skyrim), my game folder is (D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim), my game mods folder is (D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data), don't kniow if this is relevant, but it's all enabled and deployed.

too vague. try taking a taking a video of your desktop. show the process of running your game. Open up vortexs click around show the things and stuff you think could give some help. like maybe the directory of where the folders are installed and what not.

as is you practically told a mechanic "ah yeh something's wrong with the car please fix it, (without even letting them see inside)

When you launch vortex for the first time it runs through a install process that even guides you through how to import your mods to vortexs from MOd organizer. and it was very streamlined without problems.

if you did that correctly then there could maybe be something wrong with the folder the mods should be in. but tbh it could be anything from how vague your explanation was: you practically said "hey my mods dont work anymore, tell me why" Like how am i suppose to know. I dont have telepathic communication with your computer.

I am sorry that my explanation was so vague, but I can't just guess what is useful information for you. Like I said, I understand very little of this, that's the exact reason why I opened this discussion. I don't know exactly what can or cannot be a possible problem here. If you could make suggestions so I can check and tell you then it would be helpful, there's no need to answer me if you don't feel like it, thank you very much.

Can you see the files in your data folder?

Are the plugins enabled in the "Plugins" page of Vortex?

Have you checked the bell icon for any notifications you may have missed?

Okay, the files were all there, but I didn't see any plugins before. Now I opened the plugins tab and it was all there, i checked and the Vortex needed to update. I just needed to update and enable the plugins, thank you very much, It's been a hard time for me learning how to use Vortex!
