Upgrade Stat Generation Seed

When you start a new game, No Man's Sky creates a seed for ALL of your equipment upgrades in the game, that is permanently set, and does not change. I.E...The 4th starship warp distance upgrade will ALWAYS generate 234 LY for an S-class, the 8th multi-tool mining upgrade will ALWAYS generate 17% mining speed, 20% efficiency, 42% heat dispersion and 15% downtime . The upgrades are also fixed across ALL equipment, so that if you upgrade your multi-tool, then your starship, then your exosuit, then an exocraft, they all count towards the number order of the upgrade. So far, I've experimented with this by saving my game, then performing upgrades and writing down the results, across EVERY SINGLE upgrade. Believe me, it has been a real pain to constantly reload, upgrade, repeat, but I've been able to optimize my upgrades to get the best results. This has taken time away from actually enjoying the game, so I'm hoping that someone knows a way to view the seed information in the game's files to somehow extract this information, or at least extract the formula that the game uses to determine the upgrade values, so I no longer have to spend this much time experimenting to get the best upgrades. I don't want to use a mod that automatically gives you the maximum upgrade values, I just want to know what the game has already determined, and upgrade my equipment in the optimum order to get the best results. Collecting nanites to purchase hundreds of upgrades is really not an option, to keep dismantling and installing upgrades until I get a number that I want. I just want to know that if I wait to install a certain upgrade as my 23rd overall upgrade, it will give me the best results. Then I can use the cheaper upgrades as place holders until I get to the number I want.

Does anyone know of a way to extract this data from the game files?
