ImmortalAbsol Posted December 4, 2020 Share Posted December 4, 2020 Providing you meet the purified water requirements for the population; If you have working sinks in your settlement, clean/vault/Institute, NPC's assigned to that settlement should have clean teeth and faces. If you have baths/showers/radiation arches, NPC's assigned to that settlement should have clean skin. If something like this already exists please let me know, I'm tired of people living in places with such amenities having dirty skin, teeth and clothes.
