Spoiler

I fixed some torches there, I'm going to upload more optimized green cave meshes so it'll help a lot. Such locations are really limited lighting wise.
Be sure you didn't install or uninstall any lighting mod on the same save cause all removeable wall torches are persistent (they're using a script). Which means that you can easily end with unlit torches or even floating lights without any torch.
Maybe that's not your issue there but it can easily happen.

The only thing I can fix is missing lights, if light intensity is too dim there's nothing I can do cause it may be on your end. I'm usually setting all torches at the same value so you'll need to increase your ENB's pointlighting if you really need it. But as I said I fixed some torches there so you'll have to wait for the next update to be sure about that. I'm currently forwarding all changes to patches, it takes time cause there are really a LOT of patches for Lux. ^ ^'

Have you tried it youself? Cause I did but it looks like it doesn't work. Did I do something wrong? I just installed it with the Fort patch active.

Spoiler

It'll change both lighting templates and image spaces so you'll get darker ambience but it doesn't edit any light. Some areas are conflicting in Immersive FD so you may get flicker and such things unless you remove one or the other mod lighting.
I don't have much time to spend on such patch right now and never really wanted to cause it would need me to rework everything from scratch but maybe I'll try to make a patch again someday.
I only patched ClefJ's version and PCE so far, they were way less annoying, no script, no fake exteriors, no fake nuclear sunlight etc.

Thanks for your reply. I don't use any other lightning mod than Lux and Lux Orbis as well as patches. I don't use an ENB and while I know that the light can be fairly dimmer then, I use the brighter option in the installer and every other light source is completly fine.

It's just the torches which irritates me a bit because of their very dim lightning. Do you have any other (fairly easy) tip for a non ENB user than using the script because that just makes all light sources brighter? :-)

Spoiler

Maybe you should try the script I added a link to in the sticky above if you don't have any ENB cause some really low fade value lights may not be visible. You can run it on all Lux plugins. It should make a lot of locations brighter cause I'm relying on light bulbs for ambient lighting. Maybe a 50/60 % increase may work well for vanilla game, depending on your taste and if you want to rely on fake light instead of real one.

Spoiler

If you installed my own meshes they should be dimmer already. Try both versions (ENB or no ENB particles) out to see which one looks better for you. If you need to make them even dimmer you should install the ENB particle version and lower your PARTICLE settings in your ENB.
