Please report this through Vortex and include your log file. You can also try reinstalling the app, sometimes AV software breaks the auto updater

It's been discussed to death there is no need for it. NMM (and to a lesser extend other mod managers) have created this habit of obsessively messing around with your plugins. You just need to trust Vortex to sort things with LOOT. I have 500+ plugins and probably 20 custom group and rule assignments. My save has been rock solid for 100+ hours so it definitely works.

Plus, with Vortex being open source and pretty easy to extend (heck, I can do it!), I'd like to think the community would've created an extension to include this if there was good reason to.
