Damage Resistance While Knocked Down

It bugs me that when the player is knocked down, they take so long to stand up again, under normal circumstances it doesn't bother me, but while in the heat of battle, I would want the character to stand up as fast as possible, sadly I'm not sure this is possible (maybe it is, mod authors have done some crazy things), so an alternative is to provide the player with damage resistance while they're on the ground.

 

I'm personally not a fan of being invincible but perhaps there could be a slider in the mod configuration menu from 0%-100% allowing the player to determine their resistance while on the ground; to make the most of a slot in the MCM, there could be different sliders for different forms of damage: Melee; ranged; and magic.

This can be done with a perk.

 

Mod Incoming Damage ~ choose how you want the damage to be modified.

Perk Owner

Condition: GetKnockedState

--- Set it to: == 2.0000
