Vortex is still present after uninstalling? MO2 pulling mod info from Vortex

Technically involves MO2, but my main query is regarding Vortex.

I'm doing some stuff on MO2 for Skyrim SE, and not getting anything to work for the life of me. As I'm looking around, I notice some files being generated by MO2 that are quite odd. While the modlist.txt file generates properly from MO2, the loadorder.txt and plugins.txt files are supposedly being generated from Vortex, even though I've had Vortex uninstalled for a few months now. The items in those two files are completely different from what I'm trying to do with MO2 and what is being stated in the modlist.txt file. Clearly, there's still something left over on my PC from Vortex even after uninstalling it. Any ideas as to cleaning up all the sloppy leftovers that Vortex must have left behind?

Screenshot attached shows select contents of loadorder.txt, plugins.txt, and modlist.txt (hiding specific mods for reasons), as well as erroneous Date Modified values for loadorder and plugins

People like to blame Vortex for everything, however, unfortunately you completely blacked out the path to that loadorder.txt file, so it could be from anywhere, however, I believe Vortex only creates a Plugins.txt file

When you uninstalled Vortex, did you first make sure to PURGE all of the mods you installed with Vortex, and then UNINSTALL them all?

Or, did you just uninstall Vortex without removing any mods?

(Which would explain there being mod info left over)

As for whether or not I purged the mods first, I can't remember as it was a few months ago I uninstalled Vortex, and I've just started monkeying with MO2 again today.

As to my actual issue, I found mention of Vortex using AppData/Roaming/Vortex for stuff (I only checked AppData/Local, so I missed it earlier). After finding and nuking that leftover folder the uninstall didn't clean up, my issue appears to be solved, and MO2 is working as expected.
