I've tried this mod and I get an average of 15% boost in FPS. Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. Thank you very much for this! I suggest you inform CD Projekt Red about this, maybe they will include a solution like this in a following patch.

your file straight up allows me to play on my old amd fx 8300. No more stutter, decent fps and visuals, damn thanks a lot !!!

Just extract the files to your cyberpunk game folder in the subfolder "Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64". You can copy the x64 folder and make a backup of it somewhere else first if you want, but I think all it does is add new files and not modify existing ones.

People are saying that because it doesn't increase performance for some people. Especially those without a strong CPU bottleneck. And your frames seem like what I would expect for your specs with RTX on Psycho. It's an incredibly demanding setting. You would probably need DLSS on in Performance mode to get into the 70s like you seem to expect, although you'd probably be better off just knocking your RTX settings down a tick. It's not like there's much of a visible difference anyway (at least, not enough to justify the performance cost).

do you drop the folder Cyberpunk2077.exe.plugins complete or the dll inside in the bin folder?
