borderlands2 bl2 reborn mod issues

Hi there,

 

I was enjoying reborn mod for awhile but then noticed some bad changes.

 

Basically what has changed with th was that monsters and bosses were no longer scaling with my level and the loot from bosses became terrible like vanilla bl2. So for my lvl 40 hero, the monsters and bosses in dlc for normal playthrough suddenly capped at lvl 35, whereas a few days ago they were lvl 39, etc.

I tried this with another hero who was lvl 50 and found the same thing. Is it because something has changed with the mod or ucp recently?

 

Has anyone else expeienced this?
