Changing a specific races run speed

How do you change a specific races movement speed?

I have a Goblin race; basically Orcs with a custom skeleton that makes the arms longer and the legs shorter.

They're a little shorter than most races and as a result run slower. Slow to the point that enemies still hit me while I'm sprinting.

In case you haven't encountered that, it makes for an incredibly short game.

I don't want to change all run speeds, just the Goblin.

I haven't seen how to do it in the ck so I was looking for a little help.
