Noob NMM Question: Mod Install Order? (only 16 mods)

First off, thanks for any help. I realize this has probably been asked a hundred times, but google and search have not answered my questions.

 

I recently had to uninstall and reinstall Skyrim because (of my inexperience) it was so screwed up from Mods I was trying to get to work correctly. The main problem was heads not matching bodies, but then all the females started floating around with no heads, no animations and no clothes. As hilarious as that was, it was breaking the "immersion".

 

I've reinstalled Skyrim and all its DLC while retaining my old game saves (Steam version). I've fired it up and it works fine with no mods. Using NMM I've downloaded the following mods and would love some input on the best order to install them to avoid conflicts:

Lastly, what is the best way to update these mods to later versions? I've been downloading the latest version, uninstalling the old version, than installing the new version. This however is part of what got me in trouble. Should I be installing the new version and when NMM asks if I want to update the existing version, selecting "No, install normally"?
