FNV - Texture and Mesh issues

Hello and Merry Christmas! For the past 2 days I've been trying to get my FNV installation working, and it's really taken the wind out of my sails.

Load order : https://modwat.ch/u/SherlockS

To describe the problem, I'm in the beginning of the game and I've got a huge ass red rhombus on me and doc Mitchell. Also my character model's texture is all kinds of f***ed.

I did have to do a bunch of mod conflict resolution, but there's no immediate issues that I can think of.

I followed a bunch of troubleshooting guides online but I really can't make sense of it.

Let me know if any more information is needed, and thanks for your time!

Alright. I fixed the mangled player textures by reinstalling Robert's.

Exclamation marks still persist.

What have you added to the game that is not shown in the image?

I have the mod limit installed yes.

I'm really not sure how to generate a full list of mods to give you. I have managed to fix the exclamation marks on the characters, but now the texture issues are back and I've got exclamation marks all over Primm and the inside of Mojave Express is pitch black. It's obvious to me that it's some kind of mesh or texture mod, I'm just not sure which one it could be.

You type the mods not shown in the load order and place the list here. If it is a long list, place it in a spoiler.

What mod manager are you using?

Did you start and run the game without mods to insure your equipment could handle the game?

Did you add you mods a few at a time and check in the game to insure that they are installed correctly?

The only sure way to troubleshoot your problem is to uninstall all the mods and then reinstall them one at a time and check in the game to see if the mod is working correctly.

The proper method for installing mods is to first start and run the game to make sure you have a stable game. Then add mods one at a time and check in the game to see if the mod is operating correctly.

I'm using Vortex. I can run the game without any mods just fine. The mods were installed in batches per category.

I've so far tried 2 different versions of Robert's body replacer, and the texture doesn't fit the model accordingly. I've verified that archive invalidation works. I've also come to the conclusion that the missing models in Primm are left turn signs.

Robert's Male works just fine in my game. You must not have it installed properly. You have to use the textures that are included in the mod.

Archive Invalidation needs to be toggled (turned off/turned on) when you make any type of change to the textures. Just having it on will not correct texture problems.

As for the missing models, something was not installed properly.

Installing mods in batches doesn't always work. You will be left to wondering what is causing the problems in the game and you will have to then start uninstalling mods one at a time until the problem is corrected. That is why it is better to install the mods one at a time and check in the game for problems.

If you have the game installed in the default Steam location, you will run into problems trying to mod the game. Various necessary files will be blocked by the Windows User Account Control.

The game is installed on a separate partition in a SteamLibrary folder, so that's not an issue. Archive invalidation works 100% because I've got other mods that change textures and models and those work.

Do I have to do to a manual installation of Robert's? Is Vortex not doing it right?
