Kenshi Item rarity marker

I feel like too much time is spent mousing over items that look identical but actually have wildly different stats. If each item had a background in the inventory screen to show how rare it was then you could prioritize better gear.

EDIT: Also I'd like an icon over the people you can talk to/recruit/receive quests from. If anybody has something like that or the rarity indicator please let me know.
