Skyrim infinite loading screen

>Hi everybody,

i make this topic because i have a problem with skyrim (1.9) and same problem with the previous version (1.8 )
sometime the loading screen of the game is infinite specially when i want to go outside (this happens randomly and specially in donjon or cave) or when i load a save game in outside area i have search on net the last 3 day but i can't find anything that help me, so i hope the nexus community can help me.

i have lot of mod in skyrim and i have tested one by one to find if one of this make this problem but the only mod that make problem specially when you want to start new game is enhanced blood texture can cause crash the game.
so i don't know where is the problem and it's boring because when i go in donjon or cave i don't know if i can leave when i have finished.

 

my skyrim.ini and skyrimpref.ini is also extremly tweaked but i have tested many thing and nothing help me,
if someone have an idea to resolve this bug it's much appreciated, i have take and attach my load order in nmm and sorry if my english is not so good because i'm french people

ok i think i have found a tips for the infinite loading screen when you want to go outside:

 

-1 open your map and make a full turn of it

-2 stay in map menu 10 15 sec just to be sure

 

i have tested this tips 5 time and my game load the outside area before that the game doesn't want to load i maen is stay over and over again at the loading screen, but for the save game in outside area it's the same problem the game stay at the loading screen so i need to save my game in indoor area not a big deal but it's boring.

 

i don't know if this tips is the solution because i need to test it more than 5 time but i hope i'm right and i hope this help for people having the same thing, i have past 3 day on the net to search help and make a lot of change in my load order and ini file i'm happy if i have found the solution for the donjon and cave because if you enter in donjon or cave and you're not sure to be able to go out when you have finished it's suck ;)

ok so this is definitly the solution for the infinite loading screen i have make 10 test with this tips and when i make the full turn of the map the game load if i don't make this the game won't load so i guess the map is the problem.

 

i recommand to add this line in the skyrim.ini because with this you can make a 360 degres with your mouse:

 

[MapMenu]

fMapWorldYawRange=3600.0000

 

if you don't have [MapMenu] you can add this at the end of the file, here is my [MapMenu] just for people that want it:

 

[MapMenu]
sMapCloudNIF=0
bWorldMapNoSkyDepthBlur=1
fWorldMapNearDepthBlurScale=0
fWorldMapDepthBlurScale=0
fWorldMapMaximumDepthBlur=0

Try cleaning your masterfiles using TES5EDIT which is available right here in the skyrim nexus, surprisingly Bethesda's updates and DLC is not as mod friendly as you would think.Here is the link to the tes5edit tool,http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25859. Also i suggest watching this video before using tes5edit which I will also provide a link to,

I was having infinite loading screens only when I wanted to go out, and tried quite all the tips I could found on the internet, none working for me.
