RabidLime Posted March 19, 2013 Share Posted March 19, 2013 hello all. i'll first thank you for your patience and any help you can offer. i know SkyUI and CTDs are a well covered subject out there, but it's gotten to the point that i'm having trouble sifting through the glut of info. which is why i'm posting this. and i'm no computer programmer. i'm a geologist. so, yeah. any help would be greatly appreciated. i keep getting ctds. while in menus. that menu? SkyUI. 9 times out of 10. it's getting to the point that the game is unplayable. out of those 9 times, it's usually when trading with a follower, looting, or storing something in a chest (hardly ever while buying gear or the like). i've looked into it and enabled papyrus logging. i looked through the log (the damn thing is huge) and found there's a few culprits popping up over and over again... but beyond that is well out of my wheel house. do i delete these scripts from the \data\scripts\source folder or fix them? yeah, kind of at a loss. i just need someone to point me in the right direction. any help or advice you can give me would be awesome. i just don't have the know how to sift through all this code. here's my info (sorry for the links. things keep erroring if i try to embed images or put the papyrus log as a spoiler...) mod list + load order and my papyrus log... it's kinda big. so big i couldn't get it to post anywhere without things going to hell. thus, my dropbox copy.
