All characters T-posing (Before FNIS, and after)

I'm relatively new to modding, and I've just recently downloaded mods for Skyrim SE. I had no additional animation mods or anything, and all my characters (PC and NPC) were t-posing. I looked it up and every post was to do with FNIS problems, so I downloaded it and ran it (as the instructions said) and everyone was still t-posing. I've sorted my load order and have LOOT. I use vortex and not MO2 if that means anything.

I'm on a fresh game, no saves apart from deleting and starting new saves to test after fiddling with mods and files.

I don't know what mod is causing it because as far as I'm aware, non of my mods add animations. its mostly mods that add swords, armour and graphics overhauls.

My FNIS says "0 animations for 1 mods successfully included (character)" after updating the FNIS behaviour if that's important, and I don't have the creature pack.

I've checked for consistence issues. :pinch:

If anyone needs any logs or my mod list ill reply with them, but I'm unsure what to send at this moment. :ermm:

Edit: i need to add that my FNIS doesnt say any warnings in the Generate for users. This is all it ever says:

FNIS Behavior V7.6 01/01/2021 23:39:00
Skyrim SE 64bit: 1.5.97.0 - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\ (Steam)

It's probably best if you post your load order.

If you're absolutely sure you did not install any animation related mods, the only other reason for a T-pose is installing a body mod with physics. Any physics mod requires the XPMSE skeleton to be installed, and FNIS to run. Based on your FNIS output above, you do not have the XPMSE skeleton or it's not installed properly.

If you don't have a physics mod installed, then no idea. Would need to see what mods you do have installed.
