(Need Help) OWB Intro Slideshow Hangs Up

I recently began playing all the DLCs in my New Vegas run and I stumbled on a very major bug. I wanted to begin OWB but after a couple of slides in the intro, it just stops talking. It's not a hard freeze, I can still save and load and use console commadns but it just stops talking and I become stuck. I encountered the same exact issue at the end of Lonesome Road which fixed itself randomly with no explanation. I tried restarting it twice but it didn't work. Here is my load order: https://imgur.com/a/9LDFERN.

Note: I don't have any weather mods. I have 4gb patch, mod limit fix, NVTF, new vegas heap replacer, nvac, jip ln nvse plugin and johny guitar plugin.

I could have sworn I answered this problem before. Oh, I did but for Lonesome Road, instead of OWB. Did you try either of those suggestions? (Pretty obviously you haven't started over. A corrupted save is not going to get any better.)

You mentioned else where you don't have a 4GB patch installed. Get "FNV 4GB Patcher" (even with the GOG version of the game). The latest version (v1.4+) now supports the GOG version for auto loading NVSE, and the "NVSE_CONFIG.INI" file does not work for the GOG version without RoyBatty's patch. Revert to the backup copy created if you did run an older version.) Run the patcher once (as "Local Administrator" if necessary) and thereafter just use the default game FalloutNV.EXE (preferred) or FalloutNVLauncher.EXE (re-writes your INI files) as a normal user. The patched game automatically detects and launches NVSE.

But do not expect that alone to resolve your problems. A bad initial setup will not be overcome except by starting over correctly.

I don't know what you are talking about and what suggestions you offered. As for the 4gb patcher, I already had it.

Your solutions did not work, sadly.
