Texture Issues After Taking a Break from NV

This is my first post on the forums, although I have been using nexus for awhile now. I was hoping someone on here would be able to help since I can't seem to find anything online atm. I modded new vegas awhile back, maybe 6 months to a year ago. I played 2 playthroughs with no issue and then took a break from the game for a few months and now every time I come back to play the game I have the same texture glitch. The problem is textures are clipping through each other. So for example, if I'm looking at a mountain near the quarry, I will see the textures from the puddles through the mountain or at hoover dam, I will see the water and mist through the bridge. I suspect it is either one of my texture mods or my enb. The only thing that confuses me about this is it was completely fine and now after not playing for months I come back to the game having texture issues. I just don't understand, I haven't moved any files or done anything with the mods, so I really have no clue what is causing this. I have skyrim, oblivion, fallout 4 and morrowind all running with mods, no issue. I tried to include more screenshots, including my load order but they exceed the 250kb file limit so I guess I will have to reply to this with the screenshots. I would prefer if this could be resolved with maybe a re install of my enb or texture mods and avoid having to fresh install, this game was a pain for me to mod in the first place. I will reply to this post with my load order. EDIT: I guess I can't reply with attachments LOL.... srry I'm a noob to the forums

Please see the "Issue - ENB Transparency or Translucency problem" entry of the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article.

While you may not have done anything with the game for a period of time, that does not mean there are no changes to your system environment. Windows updates, DLL libraries, device drivers, etc. can all have an adverse impact on a game, especially an older one which is most probably not included in "quality assurance" testing.
