Something I've wanted for a while is a new land/separate worldspace, preferably something like a lakeside retreat or an island that I can build onto as a player retreat/player home.

I dont know if anyone remembers a mod called 'Red Rock Ranch' for Fallout NV (https://www.nexusmod...tab=images&BH=0) but it had a separate worldspace you could travel too that had a lake and a cabin. I really enjoyed that, just having a quiet place to fall back to; no raiders, mutants, nothing, maybe a few animals like radstags or something. Anyway, I would love something like that. It doesnt have to be a settlement but I would like to build in workshop mode. Anyway, just a nice idea
